The event will take place on June 8, 2019. Vendors will be featured and able to sell from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 10 x 10 booth spaces will be available Sheyenne Street. Vendors are asked to provide their own tables, chairs, tents, canopies, etc. The City of West Fargo will supply shared portable bathrooms and garbage receptacles.
Complete an application by Monday, April 1, 2019, for consideration. All applications must be completed in their entirety to be considered for participation. All applications received will be reviewed for approval by City of West Fargo staff. Receipt of your application does not guarantee participation. To be considered, the completed application must be received by city staff no later and 5 p.m. Monday, April 1, 2019. Chosen vendors/exhibitors will be notified on or before April 5, 2019. More information will be provided to chosen vendors/exhibitors with notification of acceptance. A one-time payment of $75 per 10 x 10 booth space is due with your application.
